  1. Q. Why must I choose lingerie From Venus?
    A. You deserve to have nice items, such as lingerie collections and deserve the most for your money. That is why we have all of our items reasonably priced so that it’s affordable and able to cater your budget.
     
    We have taken the time to hand pick specific lingerie items that you will enjoy for many years! High quality items are on sale to pass terrific savings to you. There is plenty of selection on quality lingerie that is going to last you a very long time for hours of wearing enjoyment.

Our customers are offered a large assortment in the various collections such as chemise, corsets, bustier, garters, teddies, stockings, bodysuits, baby dolls and more! From the privacy of your home, you can browse through the different collections to find just that special piece of lingerie that your heart desires.
     
    Privacy is important to us. The advantage to shop from your house is just that, privacy. We will never give out names, phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses or any other information. Your privacy and your security are very important to us.

  2. Q. I am confused about my size. What do I do?
    A. You can use our standard Women's Size Chart found in our Guide. It provides you information on the sizes or range of sizes that fits you best. If you are still puzzled, simply call up our customer service representative for assistance. Our assistance is at your disposal.

  3. Q. What are the accepted payment methods?
    A. There are several methods that you can use to make your purchase for lingerie and collections. The fastest and easiest method is through the use of a credit card (MasterCard and Visa accepted). Credit card payments will speed up the processing and delivery times for your items.
     
    Direct bank deposit is also available by making payment over the counter at any Maybank branch or via the Maybank ATM available nationwide with the following details. This method of payment will entitle you to a 5% discount coupon for your next purchase with us when using Direct Bank Deposit.

  4. Q. Can I send a cheque?
    A. Unfortunately, at the present moment, we do not accept cheques.

  5. Q. How do I know my order(s) has been placed?
    A. Upon receiving your order(s), an automated e-mail will be sent to you for your reference. This e-mail will contain all the information on your placed order(s).

  6. Q. When will I receive my items?
    A. We will dispatch your items as soon as we receive the funds for the order(s). The items will be shipped using a reputable courier service provider. A tracking number will be assigned for your convenience. Your items will be at your doorstep between 2 to 3 working days (excluding Public Holidays).

  7. Q. How do I check the status of my order?
    A. Simply login to our site and click on the "View the orders I have made". This will lead you to "My Order History". Your order status will be displayed on this page.

  8. Q. Can I track my shipment?
    A. Yes, you can! 

  9. Q. How do I track my shipment?
    A. Just log in into your account and click on "Track My Shipment". Key in the provided tracking number and you will be forwarded to our courier provider's website. The tracking will be automatically displayed on the website.

  10. Q. How do I get discounts?
    A. Receive our free gift of a 5% discount coupon for your next purchase with us when using Direct Bank Deposit. This is our way of saying thanks to our valued customers.

  11. Q. Can I change my orders?
    A. You may not change your orders once the items are shipped.

  12. Q. How do I cancel my order?
    A. You can email us at sales@fromvenus.com.my with your order details. In order to maintain a fair price, a 20% order value cancellation fee will be imposed for orders that are cancelled by the customer. However, if the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

  13. Q. How do I proceed with a refund?
     A. To keep our prices low and fair, there is a 25% restocking fee on all refunds. In order to proceed with a refund, the items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels and packing materials intact. Please also note that returns on hosiery and intimate apparel cannot be accepted. Certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons.

 * In all cases, your proof of postage should show the www.fromvenus.com.my address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office's or couriers printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting.

 * Gift box package or Personalized Message Card charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.

 * Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
